White Label/Contract Manufacturing FAQs
WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
Our bespoke services start from 500 units, with the option to split the MOQ over two fragrances (250 units of each). We offer price breaks at 500, 1,000 and 2,500 units.
What are lead times?
Depending on where you are in your white label journey, we advise allowing 12 weeks for the creation of your bespoke home fragrance products. Lead times can be discussed at the time of quoting, and depend on sprayed vs. labelled vessels, stock vs. bespoke fragrances and off-the-shelf vs. bespoke printed packaging.
Can I use my own fragrances?
Absolutely. Fragrances, vessels and/or packaging can be free-issued to us for our contract manufacturing team to pour, package and ship finished white label products back to you. Perfect for existing candle brands looking to switch their manufacturer, or fragrance brands launching new SKUs using existing fragrances.
Do you offer design support?
We will be happy to recommend our fantastic design agency, responsible for our own-brand packaging designs. Alternatively, on go-ahead of white label projects, we supply cutter guides for our stock labels, vessels, candle/diffuser boxes and/or soap wraps - perfect for your design teams to work on.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we love to work on International white label projects too, and International shipping can be discussed as part of your quote.
