Last Thursday 28th October we donned our glad rags and set off for an evening at Hunton Park Hotel for the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards 2021, all nervous excitement and 'what ifs'.
Surrounded by the Hertfordshire Business Elite we took our seats...
Dinner devoured, wine guzzled it came to the second award of the evening - Best Customer Service in Hertfordshire, as voted for by the public. Graciously applauding Silver Winner Cariad Marketing we nearly fell from our seats as we were announced Gold Winners of the award.
We take customer service seriously at the Home County Candle Co. - customers and their memories of home are at the heart of everything we do, and we feel so lucky and grateful to have our efforts recognised, especially by the public who voted for us - thank you!
Hannah was also honoured to pick up the Silver Award in the Young Business Person of the Year category - a huge congratulations to Tamzin from Amber Mountain Marketing for taking home the top prize.
As Gold Winners of the Best Customer Service Award we are so excited to now be off to Wembley in December for the National Finals - wish us luck!
